Fechter Business Services was founded by Randi Fechter, a Fractional CFO and Business Strategy Advisor with twenty years in financial strategy and business management, to give established service business owners what they've been missing: clear answers about what's driving their revenue, cash flow, and profit, and what to do about it next.
We don't start with advice. We start by finding what's actually driving your revenue, cash flow, and profit, because advice built on guessing is just opinion with a price tag.
